What exactly is Treasure Mapping?
Treasure Mapping is the art of creating a visual tool for helping you connect with your dreams, goals and desires.
You build a treasure map (also known as a vision board or collage) by placing pictures, affirmations and positive quotes together on a poster or in a notebook. These images serve as an avenue to help you "visualize" your future.
Experts in the field of visualization say that manifesting your goals becomes easier when you connect emotionally with a visual image of what you desire. This inner visioning can be done at any time. A treasure mapping notebook can help you connect more rapidly with the excitement of your desires and help you stay motivated and focused on what you want.
